Product Construction:

Material
Three layers of wall material are being used. Both inner and outer walls are 12-microns thick aluminium foil. Central layer is a 12-microns thick polyester film. Each layer is being bonded together under flame retardant, non-toxic synthetic resin glue.

Helix
High tensile steel in continuous spiral nature encapsulate the whole length of duct. Steel wire diameter varies according to the size of ducting. Nominal pitch of wire is approximately 30-mm.
